Thanks for taking some time to be interviewed! What have you been up to lately?!

Thank you! I have been in the studio, making videos, doing interviews, photoshoots, everything that I should be doing! 

It’s so cool to see your glo-up here in AZ, you have been working hard non-stop for a minute and now you are here! How does it feel?

It feels good going up in my career, I deserve my roses for the work I put in.

One question I see a lot of people asking, “Is China signed to Deathproof Inc?” What can you tell us?

I love Deathproof Inc. ! Deathproof is a collective and I love the collective. 

Who gets bragging rights for helping Malicious China get to where she is now?

China gets all the bragging rights, I got myself to where I am now.

If you could go on tour with anyone in the world and pick the artists on the tour, who would you pick? What is Malicious China’s dream tour?

It’s already happening now as we speak! Already on tour with Deathproof Inc. with Nascar Aloe, Oddly Shrugs, Rex, Dirty Butt, etc. , did a show on Black Krays tour “When Doves Kry” with Kray , Kane Grocerys, AOK Bootychain , Hunnidmill , all of Goth Money Records. The dream tour is happening now! So many more tours to come! 

What is your local scene like in AZ for our out of state readers, and what venues or organizations should new artists be tapping in with out here to get put on to shows, podcasts, etc.

Go to any event or just show up at a venue, there’s opportunities for everyone, right place right time is what I can say. 

What does Malicious China have in store for the rest of the year? New singles, albums, videos? What can we expect?

Everything you can imagine is happening this year for MALICIOUSCHINA. Been working on projects and collabs with various artists such as Glokk40spaz , Slime Dollaz, RXK Nephew, Rx Papi, Mattox, and more! Currently working on a project with my favorite producer Dolan Beats. Be prepared, you’re going to remember my name. 

Where do you want to be in 10 years? Do you have other goals and aspirations other than being an amazing underground lyricist and an AZ Baddie?

Good question! I don’t think ahead of my years because ones who live in the future have such high expectations, I do want to say the consistency remains and it shows what’s to come with that response itself. 

You have been going viral on socials consistently, and the numbers just keep getting bigger and bigger. How does China do it?! And what advice would you have for new artists who want to follow in your footsteps?

Simply being original, the people just genuinely love seeing my face and my work! I do advise people to stop taking breaks in their art like it’s a lunch break at a job, if you want it make it happen now!
